Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup WVOO Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp WVOO thyme Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped’
- 2 tsp fresh thyme finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Whisk together WVOO Rosemary Olive Oil and Thyme Olive Oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and salt until all ingredients are evenly dispersed.
- Marinate chicken breasts fir at least two hours (overnight is best).
- Preheat oven to 400˚ Fahrenheit, ad line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
- Place chicken breasts onto prepared baking sheet and spoon any extra marinade evenly over the chicken
- Bake for 20-30 min, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature os 165 degrees Fahrenheit
Notes:
- Dried thyme and rosemary may be used instead of fresh, but use about 1/3 of the amount
- Chicken thighs, tenders, etc.may be used instead of breasts, if desired.
