Ingredients
- 1/4 cup WVOO Champagne Wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup WVOO Picual extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teasp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Whisk together WVOO Champagne Vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper
- Slowly drizzle in Olive Oil while continuing to whisk util emulsified
- Use as dressing for salads with mixed greens, strawberries and goat cheese
