Looking for a nice balsamic to drizzle over your roast chicken before it goes into the oven? Try the lemongrass mint. Their gremolata olive oil would brighten a Greek salad. What about a suggestion for, say, drinks? “My husband, Chris, loves the Sicilian lemon balsamic with vodka for a great cocktail,” says Diane Zimmerli, who opened Warwick Valley Olive Oil Company with her husband in February 2015.
