Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp WVOO Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until the pan is nice and hot
  2. Add the Chipotle Olive Oil and heat until the oil is almost smoking and nice and hot, about 2 minutes’Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper; let them sit for 40 seconds
  3. Gently tilt the pan to one side and spoon the hot oil over the top of the eggs until the whites are cooked and slightly opaque
  4. Remove the eggs from pan and serve immediately over toast or by itself!
