Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp WVOO Chipotle Olive Oil
- 2 large eggs
- Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until the pan is nice and hot
- Add the Chipotle Olive Oil and heat until the oil is almost smoking and nice and hot, about 2 minutes’Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper; let them sit for 40 seconds
- Gently tilt the pan to one side and spoon the hot oil over the top of the eggs until the whites are cooked and slightly opaque
- Remove the eggs from pan and serve immediately over toast or by itself!
