Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup WVOO Champagne Wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup WVOO Picual extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teasp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together WVOO Champagne Vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper
  2. Slowly drizzle in Olive Oil while continuing to whisk util emulsified
  3. Use as dressing for salads with mixed greens, strawberries and goat cheese
